Royal Ace Customs LLC now operates publicly under the registered trade name “Project Ace.” Royal Ace Customs LLC remains the legal entity named in these terms and in any contract, invoice, or warranty you receive from us. The rebrand does not change our ownership, our shop location in Salem, NH, or the terms of work already booked. References to “Project Ace,” “Royal Ace Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our” below refer to the same company.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment with Project Ace, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
SERVICES AND ESTIMATES
Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide, and they may change once we inspect the vehicle in person. Final pricing depends on the vehicle’s size, paint condition, and the scope of work agreed before we begin. We will always confirm the final figure with you before starting.
APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system and some services require a deposit to hold the slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Deposits on cancelled work may be applied to a future appointment at our discretion.
VEHICLE CONDITION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Please remove personal belongings and valuables before dropping your vehicle off, as we cannot be responsible for items left inside. By booking, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have work performed on it, and that you have told us about any existing damage or prior repairs that could affect the work.
WORKMANSHIP AND WARRANTIES
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty applies to the specific product and service installed and is described to you at the time of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, abrasive or automated washing, neglect, or work performed by others. Manufacturer warranties on coatings and films are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of the vehicle while work is carried out.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The photos, logos, text, and other content on this site belong to Royal Ace Customs LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. We may feature photography of completed vehicles in our gallery and on social channels — just let us know if you would prefer we did not.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
